 Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
1 can cream of corn
1 can Corn Niblets, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream


Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Pour in greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.


A great fall side dish!
